Now Google Allows Graphic Search for its Users

Google on Monday added graphic functionality to its ever growing search results page.

from now whenever a user type any function for example sin(x) the first search result will be coming an interactive graph which will allow users to explore different related values for x and y.

users can also plot multiple functions by separating them with commas. this new feature covers an extensive range of single variable functions including exponential, logarithmic, trigonometric and their compositions.

from this new update by Google, i hope students and maths lover will surely love this.

Google Flight Search Integrated Into Search Results

Google announced that it is now integrating Flight search into its mail search results on certain search flights related searches, actually this is an extension of the company’s flight search feature introduced in September.

Google Initially made flight search available via a left hand navigation bar on its search engine results page, but now they will now appear on main search results pages.

For example, if you search for [flights from San Francisco to Las Vegas] then you will see a table that shows available flights which includes duration and price of that flight. You just have to change dates of your flight departure and return or you can click any flight to further research and book your flight.

"Photos" in Google Home Page moves to Google+ Photos

Google has replaced the destination link of the “photo” link on the Google Home Page Bar. Now when you go to the “photo” link while signing in your account, Google will take you to the Google plus photo instead of Picasa photo. If I signed out from my Google Account and then click on Photo, then Google will take me to the Picasa. Earlier this year there was a rumor that Google is going to rename Picasa to Google Photos.

Google Launches Trusted Store Program

For qualifying Trusted Store retailers must apply and voluntarily provide a range of data to Google. Google believes that the data is more reliable than consumer’s surveys, as they are getting them directly from online retailers.

The badge will show up like a small image or mockup and if the customer mouse over to it, they will see the grades for shipping and customer services in that mouse over. Remember Google Trusted Stores badge will be awarded to those stores which have a proven track record of reliable, timely shipping services and good customer services. On this badge customer can get all the details regarding services of that particular store like- average days to shipping, percentage of shipped products, customer services grade etc.

The most important feature of Google trusted store is that, if however you had a any issues regarding the product you purchased, then you can directly give a call to Google and they will look into your issue

And if you are thinking about Google will link this to its Adwords, let me tell you for time being there is o such plan by Google. Google says first we I’ll look to the progress only then we can think about it.
